LSG skipper KL Rahul dived to save a boundary but as part of regular procedure he appeared to have injured his hamstring.

Facing against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) Game No 43, the LSG skipper dived to save a boundary but as part of due process he appeared to have hamstring injury.

The incident happened in the second innings of the match after RCB opted to strike first. Faf du Plessis hit a long ball from Marcus Stoinis through the covers and she ran for the fence. Rahul gave him a chase before stopping in front of the boundary cushions. He couldn’t save four points but injured himself grimacing in pain.
