“Definitely (playing for Sussex rejuvenated my career). If you look at last season I was out of the Indian team. I needed a few runs to get back into the team. I have the right platform. form here. Scored some points and came back to the team. So there is nothing like playing for the Indian team but Sussex gave me this opportunity and I will never forget it” , Pujara could be heard saying in the video.
The current county season is very crucial for Pujara ahead of the World Test Championship which will be played under English conditions at the London Oval.
